We can notarize most documents including: Power of Attorney, Real Estate Documents, Loan Documents, Affidavits, Trusts, Wills, Contracts, Consent Forms, and many more. Note that we cannot notarize vital records like birth or death certificates.
No! You must sign the document in the presence of the notary. Please do not sign beforehand as this will invalidate the notarization. Have the document ready but unsigned.
